Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged package and items

Claims submitted after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Packages reported after the 3-day window
